This system uses the latest technology in forced induction, the ultra high efficiency Rotrex supercharger. The Rotrex uses a small turbo style compressor driven by a planetary drive system capable of spinning up to 200,000 rpm. This ultra high rpm delivers the superior thermodynamic efficiency of a turbo charger compressor with the simplicity, ease of installation and instantaneous throttle response of a supercharger. Typical intake air temperatures for thsi non-intercooled version on an 80* day will be less than 125* at sustained full boost. That ultra high charge density and thermal efficincy is difficult for any turbo to match and far beyond what any traditional positive displacement (Eaton, Whipple) blower can accomplish.

  You never have to worry about high intake temperatures, extreme under hood temperatures, boost spikes, engine oil lines… Everything is cool, self contained and extremely efficient. The Rotrex supercharger runs off a serpentine belt, and includes an automatic belt tensioner for improved belt life and belt performance. The Rotrex patented traction drive is whisper quiet and produces the coolest output temperatures in forced induction.

The powerband is a hybrid between a turbo and supercharged car. Like a turbo there is strong midrange and very high charge efficiency. Like a supercharger there is instant trhottle response and the steady increase in torque that just keeps building. There is no big "hit" in power, just a deceptively smooth steady increase right to redline. The other unique byproduct of the hyper efficient planetary drive systme is no noise. There is virtually no sound from the blower, just a light flutter from the bypass valve when you lift. Very unobtrusive with OE like seamlessness.
